This product (Catalog No. DPABH-09265) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human CHAC2, targeting the amino acid region 1–184 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human CHAC2 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. CHAC2 is a gamma-glutamyl cyclotransferase that catalyzes the conversion of glutathione to 5-oxoproline and cysteinylglycine. CHAC2 is involved in continuous, basal turnover of cytosolic glutathione(PMID: 27913623). DPABH-09265 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:3,000), IF/ICC (1:200–1:800) applications. DPABH-09265 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
