This product (Catalog No. DPABH-13883) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human CFHR2. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene belongs to a family of complement factor H-related genes (CFHR), which are clustered together with complement factor H gene on chromosome 1, and are involved in regulation of complement. Mutations in CFHR genes have been associated with dense deposit disease and atypical haemolytic-uraemic syndrome. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been found for this gene. DPABH-13883 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:30–1:150) applications. DPABH-13883 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
