General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-05924) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human CEP89. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Involved in mitochondrial cytochrome c oxidase assembly and non-motile cilium assembly. Acts upstream of or within cilium assembly. Located in several cellular components, including microtubule cytoskeleton; mitochondrial intermembrane space; and nuclear body. Part of ciliary transition fiber. DPABH-05924 is suitable for use in IHC (1: 10-50) application. DPABH-05924 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
