General Notes

This product (Catalog No. DPABH-26013) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human CEP63, targeting the amino acid region 1–349 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human CEP63 from mouse, rat, and canine. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. CEP63 is a 63 kDa centrosomal protein. It is required for normal spindle assembly. It maintains centrosome numbers through centrosomal recruitment of CEP152. CEP63 recruits CDK1 to centrosomes. It plays a role in DNA damage response.
DPABH-26013 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IP (0.5-4.0 μg for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate), IF/ICC (1:200–1:800) applications.
DPABH-26013 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
