This product (Catalog No. DPABH-26745) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human CEACAM21. It has been affinity purified by protein A. CEACAM21 (Carcinoembryonic Antigen-Related Cell Adhesion Molecule 21) is a transmembrane glycoprotein and member of the CEA family involved in cell adhesion, immune response regulation, and tumor progression. Located on chromosome 19q13.2, it is highly expressed in lymph nodes, blood, and leukocytes. It is associated with schizophrenia, neurobiology, and potential oncogenic pathways.
DPABH-26745 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:3,000) application.
DPABH-26745 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
