General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-20025) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human CDR2L, targeting the amino acid region 110–459 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human CDR2L from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Cerebellar degeneration-related protein 2-like(CDR2L), also named as HUMPPA or Paraneoplastic 62 kDa antigen, is a 465 amino acid protein, which belongs to the CDR2 family. CDR2L contains three potential coiled-coil regions. The functions of protein is so far not known. CDR2L is expressed in the brain and localizes in the cytoplasm. The predicted MW of this protein is 53 kDa. DPABH-20025 is suitable for use in IP (0.5-4.0 μg for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate), IHC (1:50–1:500), IF/ICC (1:200–1:800) applications. DPABH-20025 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
