This product (Catalog No. DPABH-03065) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human CDKN2AIPNL. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. CDKN2AIPNL (CDKN2A interacting protein N-terminal like) is a protein-coding gene that acts as a conserved regulator of RNA metabolism by modulating the activity and stability of the exoribonuclease XRN2. Often identified as a potential pan-cancer biomarker, it plays a complex role in cancer, behaving as a tumor suppressor in myeloid malignancies but promoting progression in solid tumors. DPABH-03065 is suitable for use in IHC (1: 25-100) application. DPABH-03065 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
