This product (Catalog No. DPABH-27724) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human CDK15. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. CDK15 (Cyclin-dependent kinase 15), also known as PFTK2 or ALS2CR7, is a serine/threonine-protein kinase involved in regulating cell cycle and apoptosis. As an oncogenic factor, it promotes colorectal cancer and breast cancer progression by enhancing proliferation and resisting apoptosis. It acts by phosphorylating substrates like PAK4 and BIRC5.
DPABH-27724 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000), IHC (1:100–1:200), IF/ICC (1:100–1:500) applications.
DPABH-27724 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.42% Potassium phosphate, 0.87% Sodium chloride, pH 7.3, 30% glycerol, and 0.01% sodium azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
