This product (Catalog No. DPABH-04611) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human CDC37L1. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with CDC37L1 from rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Co-chaperone that binds to numerous proteins and promotes their interaction with Hsp70 and Hsp90. DPABH-04611 is suitable for use in IHC 1 (50-1:200), WB 1 (1000-3000), IF/ICC 1 (100-1:500) applications. DPABH-04611 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
