This product (Catalog No. DPABH-23668) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human CD96. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily. It is a type I membrane protein. The protein may play a role in the adhesive interactions of activated T and NK cells during the late phase of the immune response. It may also function in antigen presentation. Alternative splicing generates multiple transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms.
DPABH-23668 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), ELISA (1:10000) applications.
DPABH-23668 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
