General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-01708) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human CD300E. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with CD300E from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a member of the CD300 glycoprotein family of cell surface proteins expressed on myeloid cells. The protein interacts with the TYRO protein tyrosine kinase-binding protein and is thought to act as an activating receptor. DPABH-01708 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000) application. DPABH-01708 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
