This product (Catalog No. DPABH-17780) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human CD300C. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. CD300c is a human, type I transmembrane activating receptor, primarily expressed on monocytes, macrophages, dendritic cells, and neutrophils. As part of the CD300 family of immunoglobulin-like receptors, it promotes pro-inflammatory responses and mediates immune cell activation. It acts as a therapeutic target for modulating tumor immunity and inflammatory diseases.
DPABH-17780 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), ELISA (1:10000) applications.
DPABH-17780 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
