General Notes

This product (Catalog No. DPABH-15367) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human CCNL1, targeting the amino acid region 227–526 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human CCNL1 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. CCNL1, also named as Cyclin-L1, contains a RS region and belongs to the cyclin family. CCNL1 localizes in the nucleus speckle and is Overexpressed in primary tumors of head and neck squamous cell carcinomas (HNSCC). CCNL1 as transcriptional regulator participates in regulating the pre-mRNA splicing process. It is seems to be involved in the regulation of RNA polymerase II (pol II). CCNL1 functions in association with cyclin-dependent kinases (CDKs) and has a role in the second step of splicing. It may be a candidate proto-oncogene in head and neck squamous cell carcinomas (HNSCC). The calculated molecular weight of CCNL1 is about 55-60 kDa, but we detected a 40-50 kDa isoform by western blotting.
DPABH-15367 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000) application.
DPABH-15367 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
