General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-09024) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human CCDC97, targeting the amino acid region 225–343 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. CCDC97 is one of CCDC family proteins. Alterations in expression, mutation, and DNA promoter methylation of CCDC family genes have been shown to be associated with the pathogenesis of many diseases, including primary ciliary dyskinesia, infertility, and tumors (PMID: 37182638). It has been reported that CCDC97 may be involved in Coronary artery disease (PMID: 27386823).
DPABH-09024 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:8,000), IHC (1:50–1:500) applications.
DPABH-09024 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
