This product (Catalog No. DPABH-21232) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human CCDC85B, targeting the amino acid region 1–202 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human CCDC85B from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Coiled-coil domain-containing protein 85B (CCDC85B), also named as DIPA, is 202 amino acid protein, which belongs to the CCDC85 family. CCDC85B localizes in the nucleus and cytoplasm. CCDC85B is widely expressed in many tissues and functions as a transcriptional repressor. CCDC85B may inhibit the activity of CTNNB1 in a TP53-dependent manner and thus regulate cell growth. CCDC85B may play a role in adipocyte differentiation.
DPABH-21232 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000), IP (0.5-4.0 μg for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate), IHC (1:50–1:500), IF/ICC (1:50–1:500) applications.
DPABH-21232 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
