This product (Catalog No. DPABH-15085) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human CCDC76, targeting the amino acid region 132–481 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human CCDC76 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. CCDC76 (coiled-coil domain-containing protein 76), also known as the human tRNA Nm4 methyltransferase (hTrmt13) is an uncharacterized human protein containing 481 amino acid residues that shares 27% sequence similarity with yeast Trm13p. The expression of CCDC76 was significantly associated with patient survival in breast carcinoma and liver and renal cancer patients (PMID: 34850409). DPABH-15085 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:50–1:500), IF/ICC (1:200–1:800) applications. DPABH-15085 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
