This product (Catalog No. DPABH-20697) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human CCDC34. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with CCDC34 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. CCDC34 (Coiled-Coil Domain-Containing Protein 34), located on chromosome 11, is an evolutionarily conserved protein (373 amino acids) that acts as an oncogene, promoting tumor cell proliferation, migration, and inhibiting apoptosis in various cancers, including bladder, colorectal, and hepatocellular carcinoma. It is also involved in spermatogenesis and male fertility.
DPABH-20697 is suitable for use in WB 1 (500-1:2000), IHC 1 (50-1:200) applications.
DPABH-20697 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
