This product (Catalog No. DPABH-10910) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human CCDC28A, targeting the amino acid region 1–162 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Coiled-coil domain-containing protein 28A (CCDC28A) is a translocation partner of nucleoporin 98 (NUP98) in acute leukemias, resulting in the creation of fusion genes and the expression of chimeric proteins. These fusion proteins, such as NUP98-CCDC28A, have been shown to promote myeloproliferative neoplasms (PMID: 22058212). Additionally, CCDC28A is essential for head-tail coupling stability, thereby ensuring sperm motility (PMID: 39500989).
DPABH-10910 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:6,000), IF/ICC (1:50–1:500) applications.
DPABH-10910 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
