General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-20256) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human CCDC181. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. CCDC181 (Coiled-Coil Domain Containing 181) is a microtubule-binding protein essential for sperm flagellum biogenesis, anchoring, and motile cilia function. It localizes to the sperm flagella and the microtubular manchette in spermatids. Its deficiency causes Multiple Morphological Abnormalities of the Flagella (MMAF) and male infertility. DPABH-20256 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000), IHC (1: 25-100) applications. DPABH-20256 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
