This product (Catalog No. DPABH-12528) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human CCDC153, targeting the amino acid region 1–124 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human CCDC153 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. CCDC153's properties have yet to be elucidated. However, research suggests that it may be a neuronal subtype marker (PMID: 28166221). It has a molecular weight of 24 KDa and is often observed on a Western blot as a dimer. DPABH-12528 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:20–1:200), IF/ICC (1:10–1:100) applications. DPABH-12528 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
