This product (Catalog No. DPABH-10926) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human CCDC113. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. CCDC113 (Coiled-Coil Domain Containing 113) is an evolutionary conserved protein, essential for stabilizing the sperm head-tail coupling apparatus (HTCA) and the flagellar axoneme. It acts as a structural component, with its deficiency leading to male infertility through acephalic spermatozoa syndrome. Additionally, CCDC113 works with CCDC96 to regulate ciliary beating and is implicated in colorectal cancer progression. DPABH-10926 is suitable for use in IHC (1:50–1:300) application. DPABH-10926 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
