This product (Catalog No. DPABH-20987) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human CCDC102A. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with CCDC102A from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Coiled-coil domain-containing 102A (CCDC102A) is a protein that acts as a crucial regulator of centrosome duplication and cohesion. It ensures proper cell division by preventing centrosome overduplication—by restricting Cep192-Cep152 interaction—and maintaining centrosome cohesion through C-Nap1 recruitment. It is primarily localized to the centrioles. DPABH-20987 is suitable for use in WB 1 (500-1:1000), IF/ICC 1 (100-1:500) applications. DPABH-20987 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
