This product (Catalog No. DPABH-22951) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human CASZ1. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. The protein encoded by this gene is a zinc finger transcription factor. The encoded protein may function as a tumor suppressor, and single nucleotide polymorphisms in this gene are associated with blood pressure variation. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants that encode different protein isoforms. DPABH-22951 is suitable for use in IHC (1:20–1:100) application. DPABH-22951 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
