General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-13168) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human CASS4. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Enables protein tyrosine kinase binding activity. Involved in several processes, including positive regulation of phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/protein kinase B signal transduction; positive regulation of protein tyrosine kinase activity; and positive regulation of substrate adhesion-dependent cell spreading. Located in cytoplasm and focal adhesion. DPABH-13168 is suitable for use in IHC (1:20–1:100) application. DPABH-13168 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
