General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-05381) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human CAPN13. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human CAPN13 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. The calpains, calcium-activated neutral proteases, are nonlysosomal, intracellular cysteine proteases. The mammalian calpains include ubiquitous, stomach-specific, and muscle-specific proteins. The ubiquitous enzymes consist of heterodimers with distinct large, catalytic subunits associated with a common small, regulatory subunit.
DPABH-05381 is suitable for use in IHC (1:400–1:1,600) application.
DPABH-05381 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
