This product (Catalog No. DPABH-24978) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human CAMKV. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with CAMKV from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Predicted to enable calcium/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase activity and calmodulin binding activity. Predicted to be involved in signal transduction. Predicted to be located in cytoplasmic vesicle membrane and plasma membrane. Predicted to be active in cytoplasm; glutamatergic synapse; and postsynapse. DPABH-24978 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:50–1:200) applications. DPABH-24978 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide, 50% glycerol, pH7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
