This product (Catalog No. DPABH-08557) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human C1QL4. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with C1QL4 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. May regulate the number of excitatory synapses that are formed on hippocampus neurons. Has no effect on inhibitory synapses (By similarity). May inhibit adipocyte differentiation at an early stage of the process (By similarity). DPABH-08557 is suitable for use in WB 1 (1000-3000), IHC 1 (50-1:200) applications. DPABH-08557 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
