This product (Catalog No. DPABH-12540) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human C12ORF75. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. C12ORF75 (Chromosome 12 Open Reading Frame 75) encodes a conserved but poorly understood protein with no clearly defined functional domains. Transcriptomic data suggest ubiquitous expression, consistent with a general cellular role. While its biological activity has not been firmly established, conservation across species supports functional relevance, and it remains a candidate for future studies aimed at uncovering novel regulatory mechanisms. DPABH-12540 is suitable for use in IHC (1:25–1:100) application. DPABH-12540 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
