This product (Catalog No. DPABH-20808) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human C12orf45, targeting the amino acid region 49–150 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. C12ORF45, also known as NOPCHAP1, is an assembly factor for the NOP-protein chaperone 1, which is an intrinsically disordered protein in free state. NOPCHAP1 plays a bridging role in the assembly of C/D snoRNPs, facilitating the selection of NOP58 and the assembly of box C/D snoRNPs. DPABH-20808 is suitable for use in IP (0.5-4.0 μg for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate) application. DPABH-20808 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
