This product (Catalog No. DPABH-02286) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human C11orf48, targeting the amino acid region 52–263 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. C11ORF48 (Chromosome 11 Open Reading Frame 48) is a poorly characterized protein-coding gene that encodes a predicted intracellular protein lacking well-defined functional domains or enzymatic motifs. As a result, its molecular function remains largely unknown and is primarily inferred from sequence conservation and gene expression data. C11ORF48 is conserved across vertebrate species, suggesting that it may perform an evolutionarily conserved cellular role, although this role has not yet been experimentally defined. Expression profiling indicates that it is broadly expressed across multiple tissues without strong tissue-specific enrichment. At present, there are no well-established biochemical pathways, interaction partners, or disease associations linked to C11ORF48, and it remains an open reading frame requiring further functional validation.
DPABH-02286 is suitable for use in IP (0.5-4.0 μg for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate) application.
DPABH-02286 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
