This product (Catalog No. DPABH-14473) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human C10orf46, targeting the amino acid region 1–303 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human C10orf46 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. C10ORF46 (Chromosome 10 Open Reading Frame 46) is a poorly characterized protein-coding gene that encodes a predicted intracellular protein with no clearly defined functional domains or enzymatic motifs. Its molecular function remains largely unknown and is primarily inferred from sequence conservation and expression profiling. C10ORF46 is conserved across vertebrate species, suggesting it may have an evolutionarily conserved cellular role, although this role has not yet been experimentally established. Expression data indicate that it is broadly expressed across multiple tissues without strong tissue-specific enrichment. At present, no well-established biochemical pathways, protein interaction partners, or disease associations have been definitively linked to C10ORF46, and it remains an uncharacterized open reading frame requiring further functional investigation.
DPABH-14473 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000) application.
DPABH-14473 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
