General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-16995) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human BARX1. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Predicted to enable DNA-binding transcription factor activity, RNA polymerase II-specific and RNA polymerase II transcription regulatory region sequence-specific DNA binding activity. Acts upstream of or within several processes, including endothelial cell differentiation; negative regulation of Wnt signaling pathway; and spleen development. Predicted to be active in nucleus. Is expressed in several structures, including alimentary system; branchial arch; central nervous system; limb; and sensory organ. Orthologous to human BARX1 (BARX homeobox 1). DPABH-16995 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000), IHC (1: 25-100) applications. DPABH-16995 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
