General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-17172) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human BTF3, targeting the amino acid region 101–206 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with BTF3 from mouse, rat, dog, cow, horse, zebrafish, and sheep. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes the basic transcription factor 3. This protein forms a stable complex with RNA polymerase IIB and is required for transcriptional initiation. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms. This gene has multiple pseudogenes.
DPABH-17172 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500), ICC/IF (1:100–1:500), ELISA (1:5,000–1:10,000) applications.
DPABH-17172 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
