This product (Catalog No. DPABH-23213) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human BTBD16, targeting the amino acid region 158–506 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human BTBD16 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. BTBD16 also named as BTB (POZ) domain containing 16 or C10orf87 is 506 amino acid protein, which one BTB domain. The molecular weight fo BTBD16 is 58kDa. The function of BTBD16 protein is still non-known. DPABH-23213 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000), IHC (1:50–1:500) applications. DPABH-23213 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
