This product (Catalog No. DPABH-04966) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human BRMS1L. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. The protein encoded by this gene shows sequence similarity to the human breast carcinoma metastasis suppressor (BRMS1) protein and the mammalian Sds3 (suppressor of defective silencing 3) proteins. This protein is a component of the mSin3a family of histone deacetylase complexes (HDAC). DPABH-04966 is suitable for use in IHC (1:20–1:100) application. DPABH-04966 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
