This product (Catalog No. DPABH-05553) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human BLVRB. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with BLVRB from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Enables biliverdin reductase [NAD(P)+] activity; peptidyl-cysteine S-nitrosylase activity; and riboflavin reductase (NADPH) activity. Involved in heme catabolic process; megakaryocyte differentiation; and negative regulation of insulin receptor signaling pathway. Located in cytosol; nucleoplasm; and plasma membrane. Is active in cytoplasm. DPABH-05553 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1: 100-200) applications. DPABH-05553 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
