This product (Catalog No. DPABH-22315) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human BEGAIN. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with BEGAIN from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by protein A. Brain-enriched guanylate kinase-associated protein (BEGAIN) is a neuron-specific protein highly localized at synaptic junctions, particularly within the post-synaptic density (PSD). It binds to the GK domain of PSD-95/SAP90, playing a critical role in organizing synaptic proteins, modulating synaptic plasticity, learning, and memory.
DPABH-22315 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:50–1:100) applications.
DPABH-22315 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide, 50% glycerol, pH7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
