This product (Catalog No. DPABH-03397) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human BCKDK, targeting the amino acid region 64–412 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human BCKDK from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Catalyzes the phosphorylation and inactivation of the branched-chain alpha-ketoacid dehydrogenase complex, the key regulatory enzyme of the valine, leucine and isoleucine catabolic pathways. Key enzyme that regulate the activity state of the BCKD complex. DPABH-03397 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:6,000), IHC (1:200–1:800) applications. DPABH-03397 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
