This product (Catalog No. DPABH-16837) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human BCAP29. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with BCAP29 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. BCAP29 (B-cell receptor-associated protein 29), also known as BAP29, is an endoplasmic reticulum (ER) transmembrane protein (~25-26 kDa) that acts as a molecular chaperone involved in the transport of membrane proteins, such as P-glycoprotein, from the ER to the Golgi. It typically functions as a complex with BAP31 to regulate protein trafficking. DPABH-16837 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:50–1:200) applications. DPABH-16837 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide,50% glycerol,pH7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
