This product (Catalog No. DPABH-25427) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human BBS9. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene is downregulated by parathyroid hormone in osteoblastic cells, and therefore is thought to be involved in parathyroid hormone action in bones. The exact function of this gene has not yet been determined. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified. DPABH-25427 is suitable for use in IHC (1:100–1:200) application. DPABH-25427 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
