General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-06122) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human BAZ2B, targeting the amino acid region 1833–2080 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human BAZ2B from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. BAZ2B(Bromodomain adjacent to zinc finger domain protein 2) is a regulatory subunit of the ATP-dependent chromatin remodeling complexes BRF1 and BRF5, which control access to DNA during DNA-templated processes. BAZ2B has been implicated in several diseases and also in unhealthy ageing. Loss of BAZ2B function has been postulated to cause neurodevelopmental disorders (PMID: 31999386, 31999386). DPABH-06122 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:8,000) application. DPABH-06122 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
