This product (Catalog No. DPABH-22180) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human AMY2B. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with AMY2B from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. AMY2B (amylase, alpha 2B (pancreatic)) is a protein-coding gene. Diseases associated with AMY2B include pancreatitis, and thyroiditis, and among its related super-pathways are Metabolic pathways and MPS IIIC - Sanfilippo syndrome C. GO annotations related to this gene include metal ion binding and alpha-amylase activity. An important paralog of this gene is AMY1A. DPABH-22180 is suitable for use in IHC 1 (50-1:200), WB 1 (500-1:2000) applications. DPABH-22180 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C.
