General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-21266) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human AZI2, targeting the amino acid region 1–264 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. AZI2, also known as NAP1, is a TNF receptor (TNFR)-associated factor family member-associated NF-κB activator-binding kinase 1-binding protein that regulates the production of IFNs. It is an adapter protein which binds TBK1 and IKBKE playing a role in antiviral innate immunity.
DPABH-21266 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:10,000), IP (0.5-4.0 μg for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate), IHC (1:50–1:500), IF/ICC (1:200–1:800) applications.
DPABH-21266 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
