General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-22596) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ATP6V1E2, targeting the amino acid region 1–226 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human ATP6V1E2 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Subunit of the peripheral V1 complex of vacuolar ATPase essential for assembly or catalytic function. V-ATPase is responsible for acidifying a variety of intracellular compartments in eukaryotic cells. This isoform is essential for energy coupling involved in acidification of acrosome. DPABH-22596 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000), IP (0.5-4.0 μg for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate) applications. DPABH-22596 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
