This product (Catalog No. DPABH-10663) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ATP6V1C2, targeting the amino acid region 1–381 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human ATP6V1C2 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Subunit of the peripheral V1 complex of vacuolar ATPase. Subunit C is necessary for the assembly of the catalytic sector of the enzyme and is likely to have a specific function in its catalytic activity. V-ATPase is responsible for acidifying a variety of intracellular compartments in eukaryotic cells.
DPABH-10663 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000) application.
