General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-03069) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ATP5L, targeting the amino acid region 1–103 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human ATP5L from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Mitochondrial membrane ATP synthase (F1-Fo ATP synthase or Complex V) produces ATP from ADP in the presence of a proton gradient across the membrane which is generated by electron transport complexes of the respiratory chain. It is composed of the soluble catalytic core, F1, and the membrane-spanning component and Fo, which comprises the proton channel. The Fo seems to have nine subunits (a, b, c, d, e, f, g, F6 and 8). ATP5L gene encodes ATP synthase subunit g of the Fo complex.
DPABH-03069 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:4,000), IHC (1:200–1:800) applications.
DPABH-03069 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
