General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-00564) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human ATOH1, targeting the amino acid region 145–250 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with ATOH1 from rat and mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Enables sequence-specific double-stranded DNA binding activity. Predicted to be involved in several processes, including neuron differentiation; positive regulation of neuron differentiation; and positive regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase II. Predicted to act upstream of or within several processes, including generation of neurons; neuroblast migration; and positive regulation of inner ear auditory receptor cell differentiation. Predicted to be located in chromatin. Predicted to be active in nucleus. Implicated in autosomal dominant nonsyndromic deafness 89. DPABH-00564 is suitable for use in IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500) applications. DPABH-00564 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
