This product (Catalog No. DPABH-05909) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ATG2A. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ATG2A (Autophagy Related 2A) is a key protein in the autophagy pathway that functions as a rod-shaped lipid transfer protein, moving lipids from the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) to expand the phagophore membrane. It binds to membrane contact sites and is essential for autophagosome formation, often acting in a complex with WIPI4. DPABH-05909 is suitable for use in IHC (1:20–1:100) application. DPABH-05909 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
