This product (Catalog No. DPABH-02978) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ASRGL1, targeting the amino acid region 2–180 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with ASRGL1 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ASRGL1 (Asparaginase And Isoaspartyl Peptidase 1) is a human enzyme and N-terminal nucleophile (Ntn) hydrolase that acts as both an L-asparaginase and β-aspartyl peptidase. It degrades toxic isoaspartyl peptides, plays a role in producing L-aspartate, and is highly expressed in the brain, testis, and various cancers, often acting as a prognostic marker.
DPABH-02978 is suitable for use in ELISA (1:20,000–1:80,000), Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000), IHC (1:100–1:500) applications.
DPABH-02978 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% Sodium Azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
