This product (Catalog No. DPABH-17677) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ASB6. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with ASB6 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. The protein encoded by this gene belongs to a family of ankyrin repeat proteins that, along with four other protein families, contain a C-terminal SOCS box motif. Growing evidence suggests that the SOCS box, similar to the F-box, acts as a bridge between specific substrate-binding domains and the more generic proteins that comprise a large family of E3 ubiquitin protein ligases. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been identified for this gene.
DPABH-17677 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:250–1:1,000), IHC (1:40–1:200) applications.
DPABH-17677 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
